Shipping & Returns

Customer Satisfaction

100% Customer Satisfaction is our goal. We stand behind any garment you purchase from American Eagle Imagewear. We will gladly replace or refund the full purchase amount, including shipping, for any defect in workmanship, including embroidery.

Returns
You may return any new, unworn, unwashed items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must have the original item and size tags attached to the garment. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if there was no error on the part of American Eagle Imagewear in fulfilling the order. There are no "exchanges" for size, color or item.  Please use the contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number in order to return an item.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).

If you are registered user and you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
American Eagle Imagewear chooses the best small parcel carrier to expedite your order. If your item is in stock, we will ship the same day. For items not currently in stock,
you can expect that your order will ship within 5 to 7 days. American Eagle will provide a Shipping Confirmation to the email address provided when the order is placed.
